What's Involved?

Each retreat will vary and have its own nuances depending on the time of the year but both will include variations of the following:

  • The retreat will run from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Chew Stoke Village (Church) Hall

  • Retreat Workbook

  • 2 x Yoga Classes, morning and afternoon

  • 1 x Meditation Workshop

  • 1 x Breath Workshop

  • Lunch and snacks will be provided throughout the day

  • 1 x Guided Reflective Practice

FAQs

Can I join in via Zoom?

While I appreciate the convenience and accessibility that virtual platforms offer, I've decided this time to commit to an enriching in-person experience.

Will the retreats be recorded for replay?

No, as I want this to be a special moment captured in time.

Is there car parking near by?

Yes, there is unlimited free parking on site.

Will you cater for dietary needs?

Yes. We will have a light plant-based lunch. Prior to the retreats, we'll be in contact to establish any dietary needs.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a yoga mat (and blocks) if possible, as it's more hygienic. And it’s always good to bring a bottle of water with you. We have a kettle on site so if you wish to bring your own teas, coffee and/or milk, please do so.

Retreats may include some discussion and theory, so you may also want to bring a small notebook and pen to make notes with.

I haven't done much yoga before. Can I come along?

Yes. I will cater for all yoga levels from beginners to advanced, and modifications will be offered so you can practice at your own pace.
